Return & Refund Policy

This Return Policy is issued by Nest Works Pty Ltd trading as Windows Doors Instock & Replacement (W.D.I.R).

Returns (Stock Items Only)

We offer a 14-day return policy for standard stock items only, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

All approved returns are subject to:

  • A non-negotiable $100 restocking fee per order, and
  • All applicable delivery and return freight costs

Non-Returnable Items (Very Important)

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Any products that have been installed
  • Any modified, damaged, or used items
  • Clearance or special-order items

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

You must notify us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was supplied

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product:

  1. Submit a return request (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

For items with timber reveals, a $100 restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund (excluding GST).

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • The non-negotiable $100 restocking fee, along with any applicable delivery and return costs, will be deducted

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
